Parchment Paper I adore parchment paper. Nothing sticks to it. Use it to line your baking sheets. Try one of the meringue cookie recipes found in this cookbook. Use a parchment paper-lined baking sheet when baking. Guaranteed not to stick! Here's another alternative that is getting rave reviews. OXO Good Grips Salad Spinner Wash and dry your greens with a minimum of fuss. These have come a long way since they first came out on the market. This late model requires minimum effort to start the spinner in motion.
Storage Containers Most of you probably have a collection of these already. The Glad® and Ziploc® Brand throw-away ones are great. For long-term investment, Tupperware® is the best. My current favorite is Lock n Lock® which works really well for me.
