The George Foreman or Cuisinart Grill is probably the most important piece of equipment you can own while on the 6WBMO. It cooks very quickly without any added fat and you can cook almost anything on it.
If you don't own one of these grills, I strongly suggest you purchase one. Once you get the hang of it, the grill is simple to use and makes cooking your proteins a breeze! Also try grilling vegetables. Experiment!
I have also read the Turbo Cooker is very good but have not personally tried it.
Do not use metal utensils of any kind with your grill.
I have read that you can line the grill with foil and cook on top of the foil, but I have not tried this. I think the foil would eventually mar the cooking surface.
After using, clean your grill while still warm, following manufacturer's directions. Wet paper towels work well.

- Use smaller numbers for rare, and larger numbers for well-done.
- Pound chicken breasts to uniform thickness before cooking.
- Chops will be easier to cook if bone is removed before cooking.
